Brad Baughan:
Brad was the first director of coaching hired by Crusaders soccer Club for the 84-85 seasons and was for many years. Brad has led his teams to 2 State Cup championships, a quarter-finalist National State cup and numerous quarters and brackets winners. Brad coached the first mainland team to win the Maui Cup Invitational, beating a team with 6 division 1 players on it, all his team were still in high school. Brad teams have countless tournament championships from Pegasus Cup, Huntington Beach, Southcoast Invitational, Las Vegas, Coronado, Knotts,(beat a team from England 3 times), Crusaders,and many others. Brendan Johnston:
Brendan is in his 8th year with Crusaders. Brendan has his National “D” License. He was named the Crusaders Boys Coach of the Year in 2002. He coached the Boys U-19 Red Team and took them to the State Cup Championship in 2004. In 2007, his Boys U-16 team was Presidio League Champs.This past season, his Boys U-17 finished second in Presidio League and were Tournament Champions this past summer in the Arsenal, Pegasus, and Notts Forest tournaments. Seth Tunick:
Seth has been with Crusaders for 20 years, and is entering his 22ndyear as a club soccer coach. He played 14 years of youth soccer with Crusaders (8 years recreational and 6 years competitive). Seth has been named CSC “Coach of the Year” three times. His teams have been Presidio champions on numerous occasions and have made it as far as the semi-finals in State Cup. He currently is the Varsity soccer coach and middle school soccer head coach for Francis Parker, where he also coaches middle school track, middle school cross country, and varsity track. He holds a D license.

Rich Dare:
Rich graduated from Long Beach State University where he played soccer and attained his degree in Liberal Studies, with an emphasis in Geography. He later received his teaching credential from National University. Rich currently teaches in the Chula Vista Elementary School District. He has been teaching for ten years and coaching for fifteen. This is Rich’s sixth year with Crusaders. Rich currently holds a National “D” coaching license.

Glenn Lloyd:
Glenn Lloyd has been coaching youth soccer for 17 years. His first eight years were with Recreational programs; he also acted as Vice President and Coach Administrator for five of those eight years. He currently holds a “D” National License and a Youth National License. Glenn has been with Crusaders for the past 9 years.

Craig Hyde:
Craig captained his two-time CIF Champion team at Hilltop High, played three seasons at UCSD & one at USIU before playing professionally with the San Diego Nomads in the APSL in 1990.
Craig then played 5 years in Germany in the 3rd and 4th Divisions before a knee injury and operations ended his career. Craig started coaching soccer in Germany at the youth level in 1997. In 2001, he was the assistant coach position of the HSV Women’s Bundesliga (1st Division) professional team, which made it to the finals of the German Cup in Berlin in 2002, and head coach of the HSV girls U14 team, winning both the Hamburg Cup & league titles for the girls in 2003. Craig coached for Albion SC and was the assistant coach for the men’s team at Cuyamaca College in 2005. Besides now coaching at CSC, Craig coaches the Boys JV at Chula Vista High School and is the director of the German Soccer Academy, an after-school program at many schools throughout San Diego.
Craig has the German DFB National "B" and ’C" Coaching licenses and the USSF National :B" Coaching license.
